THE INVESTIGATOR

People of type Five are alert, insightful, and curious. They are capable of concentrating and focusing on developing complex ideas and skills. Independent, innovative, and inventive, they can also become obsessed with their thoughts and imaginary constructs. They can become distant, yet nervous and intense. They often struggle with eccentricity, nihilism, and isolation.

At their best: they are visionary pioneers, often ahead of their time, capable of seeing the world in a completely new way.

At their worst: they can become detached, overly cerebral, withdrawn, and disconnected from reality.
