- Order Processing and Shipping Times
Orders for items that are currently in stock will be processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days, depending on the destination country.
For items that are not in stock, we offer made-to-order services. As each piece is meticulously handcrafted, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for production before shipping.
- Shipping Methods and Costs
We provide various shipping methods, including standard and expedited options. The availability and cost of these methods will be displayed during the checkout process.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the chosen shipping method, delivery destination, and the weight of your order. All applicable shipping charges will be clearly presented at checkout.
- International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.
International orders may experience delays due to customs processing. Unfortunately, we cannot control these delays and appreciate your patience.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.
- Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping times. The total delivery time for your order is the sum of processing time and shipping time.
Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
