They desire smooth and conflict-free interactions, but they tend to be complacent, simplifying problems and minimizing anything that feels disturbing. They often struggle with inertia and stubbornness.

At their best: they are unstoppable and inclusive, capable of bringing people together and healing conflicts.

At their worst: they can become disengaged, passive, overly accommodating, and avoidant of necessary change.
