People of type Six are committed and security-oriented. They are reliable, hardworking, responsible, and trustworthy. They are excellent "problem solvers," anticipating difficulties and fostering cooperation, but they can also become defensive, evasive, and anxious, running on stress while complaining about it. They can be cautious and indecisive, but also reactive, challenging, and rebellious. They often struggle with self-doubt and mistrust.

At their best: internally stable and self-sufficient, they bravely defend themselves and others.

At their worst: they can become fearful, overly suspicious, anxious, and excessively defensive.
