Collection: 4. The Individualist

THE INDIVIDUALIST

People of type Four are self-aware, sensitive, and reserved. They are emotionally honest, creative, and individualistic, but they can also be temperamental and self-critical. They distance themselves from others due to their sense of vulnerability and flaw, and sometimes may feel disdainful, believing they are exempt from the ordinary ways of life. They often struggle with melancholy, self-indulgence, and self-pity.

At their best: inspired and highly creative, they are able to renew themselves and transform their experiences.

At their worst: they can become moody, self-absorbed, overly focused on their uniqueness, and disconnected from others.
